Need Sr. Application Engineer (Test Lead) ASAP......
Location : St.Louis, MO
Duration : 10 months
Position Title: Sr. Application Engineer
Role Description:
The Test Lead is ultimately responsible for ensuring the Email Compliance Program testing is completed successfully and in accordance with AGE Best Practices. Work with Enterprise Service Organizations to facilitate the completion of all processes necessary to implement Conversion, Retention/Retrieval, Supervision, and Mailbox projects within the program.
Required Skillset:
* Define Testing Strategy and Approach for the project.
Responsible for test planning and execution (Unit thru UA).
* Providing status updates to management
* Problem Resolution management (Issues, Risks, Defects, Enh, etc.)
* Test Resource planning & management
* Assist in requirements management
* Schedule and facilitate Test Gate Reviews
* Understand, interpret and track changes to the requirements so the Testing Plans and scripts can be updated appropriately
* Knowledge source on overall system design
* Monitor the Implementation of the Test Approach Details
* Monitor and assist in Environment Coordination for Test Cycle scheduling
* Review Programming Specs for the Test Cases (when necessary)
* Develop and Review procedure documentation (when necessary)
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Knowledge of Rational Tools suite. Must have superior SQL skills. Must understand multi-tier environments.
Business Knowledge Needed:
E-mail/Exchange/Outlook knowledge is requested if possible.
