Service Account Manager – Arabic & French
Our client a global brand in mobile handset industry, urgently
require Service Account Manager to be based in Dubai to handle
Middle East and Africa region. Ideal candidate would have excellent
negotiation skills with 3 years experience in managing services.
Would have experience in Account Planning, Customer Relationship
Management, Contract Management, Monitoring & Managing Performance,
Capture Market /Customer / Demands and Opportunities, Customer Issue
Management, Quality management. Experience of managing a service &
warranty budget is essential.
Salary : AED 11000 – 14000/-
