Job Description :
Ø Deliver on-line end-user and system administration documentation for a new Terminal Operating System (TOS) for marine terminals. You will work with developers and QA engineers to author accurate and detailed documentation in AuthorIT and publish it to JavaHelp, according to a regular mini-release schedule.
Ø Responsibilities:
Ø Produce accurate and detailed documentation and online help for company TOS marine products
Ø Assist with release note writing and editing
Ø Requirements:
Ø BE/ BTech/ MCA/ M.Sc or MA Literature
Ø 2-4 years experience as a technical writer
Ø Professional experience with the following tools: MS Word
Ø FrameMaker/WebWorks, Acrobat, PaintShopPro, Visio
Ø Project planning/management experience
Ø Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities/assignments
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Natural curiosity and initiative, and a results-oriented approach to work
