He will steer the entire gamout of finance and funding internally and externally.

Desired Profile
MBA IN FINANCE FROM PREMIUM INSTITUTE.
Candidate must have a recent experience of 4-7 years in handling capital raising transactions, planning, budgeting, cash flow projections and preparing project reports, viability / feasibility studies.
Candidate should be conversant with the extant regulations relevant to capital markets- equity / debt / innovative financing instruments.
Candidate should be pragmatic, energetic, enthusiastic, excellent negotiator motivated and committed.
Must have good interpersonal and influencing skills and should be an ‘Out Of Box’ thinker.
Candidate should have experience in financial modeling and structuring.
High intelligence and conceptual ability is the most important criteria for selection.
