Middle wear& Investor Regression Application
"2 - 3 Years Experience:
o 2+ years of experience in software testing required and atleast one full life cycle Regression
Testing / Mutual Fund industry or Finance domain experience is an added plus.
o 2+ years of experience utilizing recognized software industry standards and software process
improvement techniques and methods (for example, IEEE, SEI-CMM) required.
o Should be familiar with Test Planning, Test processing, and Test methodologies.
o Experience needs to specifically include the Development of Test Plans, Writing Detailed test
scripts, Executing and Validating tests.
o Detailed understanding of the entire Software Development cycle.
o Strong understanding of all aspects of the QA role, and all areas of application testing.
o Should have hands on experience in both Manual and automated testing.
o Knowledge with testing tools like Winrunner or QuickTestPro.
o Have good oral, written and presentation communication skills.
o Have a willingness to learn new applications, tools & technology
