This is an individual contributor position within Oracle’s Global Customer Support for either of the following EnterpriseOne application suites â€"
* EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Planning (SCP) â€" Strategic Network Optimization (SNO), Production & Distribution Planning (PDP), Production Scheduling (PS), Demand Management (DM â€" Demand Forecasting & Demand Consensus), Order Promising (OP), Supply Chain Business Modeler (SCBM), Requirements Planning, Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP), Advanced Planning Agent (APAg)
* EnterpriseOne MANUFACTURING â€" Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Product data management (PDM), Shop floor control (SFC), Manufacturing Accounting, Capital Asset management (CAM), Equipment / Fixed Assets, Configurator, Quality.
Job responsibilities include problem tracking, technical diagnosis, research & replication, troubleshooting and resolution of complex problems/issues within one or more of the above-mentioned JDEdwards EnterpriseOne suites/modules. The focus of this position is to provide technical & functional application support to our customers via phone, web & email and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution for each service incident.
Job Requirements::
*M.Tech in one of the following fields â€" Production, Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing / Industrial Technology & Operations, Logistics, Computer Science
