| Description |
1-Managing entire W/H operations, Planning and administration.
2-Overall responsible for W/H stocks and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
3-Responsible for sending all the reports including MIS reports related to client after verification and as per the KPI/SLAs given by the client.
4-Assigning job responsibilities to each employee and taking proper feedback from them.
5-Resolving employee related issues at W/H level.
6-Coordinating with clients for day to day operation and sorting out the queries.
7-Vendor Mgmt.
8-Coordinating with H.O and providing adequate details on regular basis.
