We are looking for candidates who meet the following Urgent requirements for our Pune Based Client Tata Elxsi
1. Project Manager
Should have 8 to10 years of relevant software experience in a reputed organization and proven track record with at least 4-5 years of experience in project management.
You should have experience in:
Defining and Driving Next generation VoIP product solutions
Development of Products in the area of VoIP like, IP Phones, Call servers, Media and Signaling Gateways, SIP Servers
Strong project management, leadership, communication, team management and good motivation skills
Strong process knowledge like CMMI Level 5 standards, ISO 9000, Six Sigma methodology etc.
Managed bigger teams of size 15 to 20 engineers and successfully executed multiple projects by following complete “Software Development Life Cycle”
Initi! ating new projects and project estimation.
Initiating high level design and architecture and monitoring and executing projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality processes.
2. Tech Lead
Should have 6-8 years of relevant software experience in a reputed organization and proven track record with at least 3-4 years of experience in leading project teams.
You should have experience in:
Next generation VoIP product development
Managing teams, requirement analysis, design and business process knowledge is mandatory.
Task scheduling, allocating and monitoring
Complete software development life cycle and use of quality processes like ISO 9000, CMMI level 5 standards etc.
Coding, configuration and focusing on technical issues to ensure timely delivery of a project.
Good analytical, conceptual, problem solving and communication skills.
3. Sr. Softw! are Developer
Should have 4-6 years of relevant software experience in a reputed organization and proven track record.
You should have experience in:
Development / sustenance / enhancement of VoIP Protocols (H.323/SIP/MGCP) and VoIP products
Good C/ C++ programming and design skills
Good knowledge for data structures and multi threaded applications on VxWorks / Tornado environment.
Version control / Configuration management tools: Clear case / CVS
Good performer, quick learner and good debugging, analysis and problem solving skills and a team player
Design and development of Multi-lingual Embedded GUI would be an added advantage.
