We have a very good job opportunity for you for one of our client; we are currently looking for Customer Support Agents.
Role: CSA / Sr.CSA
Mandatory Technical Skills:
· Aware of basic networking concepts and technologies. Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting. Understands broadband and dial up connectivity issues.
· Understanding of operating systems, knowledge of configuration options and troubleshooting Windows XP/2K.
· Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
· User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc..
· Should have experience of logging tickets on a call logging tool (any CRM for ticket logging)
· Functional experience on MS Office or any other application software package that includes word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software
Mandatory Communication Skills:
· Neutral accent · Advanced soft skills and call control as appropriate for an internal corporate IT helpdesk. · Questioning skills- probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller
Optimum Experience:
· 6 – 24 months in an international call centre working on an IT Helpdesk
Location: Bangalore
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: Diploma (any stream)
If BA, BCom: preferably should have attended some kind of IT training program.
