Technical Manager, ASIC Products
* The candidate will manage a team of enthusiastic and dynamic team of
engineers in support of ASIC products.
* The product range includes logic synthesis and physical synthesis tools for cell based and Structured ASIC methodologies.
* This team will have a broad mandate with responsibilities that include software development and product verification testing from an ASIC designer perspective, customer support, QoR analysis, integration issues with other third party tools etc.
* The candidate will play the dual role of providing technical leadership to the team which also includes growing up the team as well as being an individual contributor for some identified key tasks.
* The candidate will have to frequently interact with our US team.
Qualification & Experience:
* An ideal candidate will have experience in all facets of ASIC design flow and a thorough understanding of issues encountered in the implementation of deep sub micron designs.
* Involvement in a few large tape outs as technical lead/individual contributor is a definite plus.
* The candidate will have Bachelor of Engineering/Master of engineering in Electrical engineering with relevant minimum experience of 10 years with at least the last three years as technical lead.
* He should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Compensation will be the best in the industry.
