Positions Open :
1. Lead - Business Development Executive(Full Time)
No. of Positions : 6 (4 Positions are Open for our Bangalore Office and 2 for our Pune Office)
Area : Engineering (CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM/PLM) and Software Services
The individuals will be go-getters who work in a business development group spread across different office locations. Individuals with strong written and oral communication skills, sales acumen and having understanding of engineering services project life cycle, domestic outsourcing methodologies, execution processes and cost structure are best-fit.
The individual will be provided with structured business development support that includes business partner development, lead prospecting, customer identification and acquisition framework, pitch documentation and wide solution partner network.
Individuals with understanding of software and engineering services project life cycle, Domestic / cross country outsourcing methodologies, execution processes and cost structure are best-fit.
Qualification : Engineering degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Stream
OR
Engineering in Computer Science / IT
OR
MCA / MSIT
OR
MBA
Candidates who are MBA +B.E / Batch degree are of Advantage.
Age : Below 30 Years
Experience : 0 to 2 Years
2. Business Development Executive (Interns)
No. of Positions : 12 (6 Positions are Open for our Bangalore Office and 2 for our Pune Office)
Qualification : Candidates in their final year of MBA
OR
BE/B.tech/B.com/PGDBA
Strong Inclination to sales is a must for all positions.

Compensation structure will be on par with the Market standards.
