Requirement:
2-4 years of installation package development. Experience in Shell scripts, Installshield and RPM.
Experience with Windows, Linux and DOS operating systems.
Experience with ClearCase or CVS. Good communication skills.
2. Embedded Systems Engineer
The requirement for this position would be 5-8 years experience in embedded systems and/or BIOS level programming. Indept understanding and working experience in IBM PC hardware and VGA programming/BIOS level programming knowledge is essential.
Key Skills: working experience in PC BIOS applications and OS less environments. Experience in IBM PC VGA programming, EFI environment programming and storage experience is a definite plus.
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for designing, coding and maintaining next generation pre boot utilities for RAID storage Adapters.

Five to seven years technical writing experience, preferably for an engineering audience.
Bachelor's degree or strong work experience in electrical engineering, computer science, hard science or mathematics preferred.

Ability to work with a variety of people in a global distributed team environment.
Experience in working on distributed teams with members around the world preferred;

Strong editing skills required.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work on more than one project at a time.
Knowledge of desktop-publishing software and techniques.

Knowledge of both PC and UNIX platforms, XML, and content management systems would be helpful.

Write, update, edit, review and help plan user documentation related to intellectual property (IP) blocks, including microprocessors, high-speed serial interfaces, memory controllers, and associated products; integrated circuit design tools and methodology; storage products including ICs, storage management software, and host bus adapter and RAID cards; and consumer products including MPEG codecs and DVD transports. The audience for these documents is primarily composed of design engineers.
Work closely with technical project team leaders and other staff technical writers to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Resolve inconsistencies in supplied information. Organize material and complete technical writing assignments according to set standard templates, style guidelines, and publication processes.
Work with the other members of the team in the US and India to define requirements and meet customer needs. Extract product information from interaction with the engineering and technical publications teams and from technical/product specifications, previous generation product documentation, and presentations.

5.Program Manager
Pl ensure that the candidates are from the technical background. They must be from the consumer product industry, must have experience in Software Development & must have worked on DVD & Set up boxes
6-10 years experience in high technology field, including program management experience. Demonstrated credibility with engineers.
Must be fluent in English.
RESPONSIBILITY REQUIRED:
The Consumer Products Group (CPG) program manager in the India Design Center (IDC) is responsible for managing and ensuring successful execution of engineering development programs for the CPG products. This starts with initial specifications followed by development through to product release to production.
The CPG program manager will be responsible for ongoing training of the IDC teams on the use of the Program Review System (PRS) and will ensure an ongoing adherence to the PRS. The CPG program manager will ensure that all deliverables and management reviews follow prescribed guidelines. The CPG program manager will review all program management processes and present changes as necessary to the CPG organization for agreement. Once in agreement, the CPG program manager will be responsible for the implementation of these changes.
The CPG program manager’s long term goal is to establish processes and regular communication channels to provide better insight into the activities of our product development in the IDC for upper management review.
