Position: MCM Manager
Experience: 5- 10yr
- MCM manager is the solid line manager for the persons working in the MCM team. One of the biggest responsibilities in the beginning is to hire new persons to the MCM Bangalore. Expectation is that roughly 20 persons need to be hired within 1 year.
- 5-10 years experience in managing ASIC or IP development projects. Capable to manage multiple projects running in parallel.
- MCM manager is responsible for the deliverables of the projects running in his MCM team. To achieve this goal he should coach the project managers and team leaders to guarantee best overall output from the MCM.
- MCM manager needs to co-operate with other MCM teams and project manag! ers
- Primary ASIC customer projects are located in Bangalore but also in Finland.
