Degree in Electrical engineering or Science graduate \
Degree in law will be an added advantage.
Experience :
3-5 Years experience in the area of sales, purchase, transfer, mortgage of lands. Hands on experience of land acquisition of large tracks 100 to 1000 acres. Should be familiar with Government procedures related to land procurement, including forest lands. Will need to coordinate / liaison with local land owners, village authorities, state government authorities, survey agencies & advocates etc.
