Our client provides training & consulting services on Information Security & Compliance. With operations in Bangalore & Chennai they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them immediately. The ideal candidate would be an entrepreneur at heart, with positive attitude, fluent in English both spoken & written and extremely web savvy.
The job would involve identifying and qualifying prospective customers through telesales, direct meeting, e-mail marketing and ability to build rapport with existing customers at senior level.
Should possess high level of integrity. The compensation will be in line with experience and performance.
Job Profiles
The ideal candidates would be in the age group of 20-30 years. He/she need to have own conveyance.
1. A pleasant personality with a positive attitude. 2. Must be fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills. 3. Must be a quick learner and should be able to work independently without supervision down the line.
Exposure to the following is a prerequisite
1. MS-Office (Word / Powerpoint / Excel) 2. Outlook Express 3. Internet Explorer
Responsibilities 1. Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through telesales, direct meeting, e-mail marketing 2. Must be able to work independently without supervision 3. Excellent presentation skills 4. Ability to build rapport with prospective customers at senior level 5. Must be a quick at understanding new technology and must be able to explain the same in layman terms to prospective customers. 6. Must be organized and meticulous in maintaining records, databases and keeping track of appointments and follow-ups 7. Must explore new options of marketing through word-of-mouth as well as internet.
