Hi All,
Presently we are looking for lead architects.
Job Description
Lead Architect will be responsible for:
- Gain complete knowledge on business requirements and vision of the product
- Understand non-functional requirements of product and ensure all performance requirements are benchmarked and achieved
- Own Product Design & Architecture; Review Product design as part of Design Review team
- Design right interfaces for Product integrations & ensure consistency of integration methodologies
- Conduct Technical Audits for right implementation; Drive implementation of conceptualized architecture in the product
- Execute Proof Of Concepts (plan & execution) activities which are required for a Product/Project
- Plan improvements to Product and facilitate with Product Team to schedule improvements
- Train development team to use Product Framework
- Create a culture in development team to use knowledge repository of organization
- Enforce Coding Standards to be implemented across the Product
- Support Technology team for completion of planned/unplanned activities
- Plan proactively to arrest performance issues of the product
- Define and enforce use of common architecture in the product
- Handle tool evaluations which are required for a Product/Project
- Possess updates on recent trends in new technologies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Engineering Graduates / MCA possessing 6+ Years of Software Development experience of which at least 2 years should be as a Technical Lead for web based projects
- Must possess excellent knowledge of Web and Client Server Application design. Should have prior experience of designing applications for both web and client server applications.
- Excellent knowledge in Java / J2EE Technologies (Java, JSP, Servelets, Struts, JSF) framework and strong on OOAD, UML, J2EE/Object Modeling/Use cases.
- Must possess familiarity with other technologies and awareness of recent trends in technology.
- Good analytical & problem solving approach; Ability to articulate & aptly convey technology perspective to stakeholders.
- Possess exceptional spoken & written communication skills; client facing personality & positive attitude.
