Hardware Engineer specializing in RF / Channel Coding Design

Knowledge of Receiver Circuit – System, Oscillator and PLL and Synthesis design over the frequency range 5 MHz to 3 GHz
Knowledge of RF Test methods and test equipments used in Receiver Circuit and System design
Principles of Digital modulation schemes such as QAM, QPSK and OFDM
Familiarity with DVB transmission specifications desirable
Will have several years commercial hardware development experience within Consumer Electronics, Telecom, Automotive or Aerospace industries
Detailed knowledge of hardware design tools, practices and processes eg., veribest
Completed several projects involving hardware reliability and conformance issues eg., MTBF, EMC, failure rates
Experience: 3 – 8 years
