Saukaryam is a comprehensive project for providing various Civic services through the Information Technology. Under its first sub-project, the online payment of Municipal dues is being taken up. The same platform would be used for the payment of all other municipal dues like trade license fees, advertisement charges, building license fee and other registration charges in due course. All this would be done through a Public-Private partnership arrangement so that there would be no additional financial burden on the Corporation.

• Performed the manual testing for the Management System (WMS), Revenue (Vacant Land Tax), and Bank Payment modules in the application.

The sales information system at Vardhaman group of industries consists of four spinning and two steel units and is the leading spinning group in the region. SIS was designed to enable sales and services associates to keep track of contacts, accounts and opportunities and respond to the client request in a timely and effective manner. The Data is gathered from all the users (sales reps, distribution personnel, and e.t.c.) were being analyzed and included as accounts in the Siebel sales system.
Responsibilities:
• Worked in Siebel E-sales in managing the accounts pertaining to the customers of miracle soft ware systems that were stored in Siebel SQL databases. Modified and designed the definitions in BO layer and GUI layer using tools
• Dealt with the Domestic/international clients particularly from US, Europe in providing EAI services by working on 30-40 accounts perday.I used to sell the services to the clients through fixed cost, remote and offshore development facilities.
• Implemented Siebel web client to view the daily, weekly and monthly reports in SIEBEL.
• Worked on the processes which take the form of quantity contracts, value contracts, service contracts and group master contracts which is the new functionality offered in SIEBEL.
• Used the Siebel EIM column mapping screen to specify mappings to the underlying base tables in Siebel.
• Imported data into the Siebel database by identifying & validating sales data, identify the column mappings & user key columns of the data to be imported, copying file attachments to the Siebel server subdirectory, Testing, Verifying & running the import process created using EIM.
• Worked on the esales, a Siebel workflow interface for designing & implementing business process & user interactions in SIS. Workflow processes are created using the process designer in the workflow process view.
