RECRUITMENT AND MANPOWER PLANNING Assessing manpower recruitment at various levels, identifying vacancies and filling the same, conducting preliminary interviews further interviews with selection committee. Preparing offer and appointment letters, organizing induction and orientation programme for fresh recruited.
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL Getting the appraisal forms filled up by the different employees and subsequently by H.O.Ds and fixing criterion.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENTS Identifying the training needs of all employees, planning training programmes. Identifying trainers internal/external based on the business requirements. Coordinate with trainers and prepare quarterly training calendar. Monitor / help the coordinator in preparing the quarterly training nominations. Maintain training records..
