Job Role
- Processing the UK based clients’ requests related to their employee’s Reference, Rewards, Absence management, Loans and Health insurance schemes adopted by them. - Assist employees in documenting in the relevant HR areas - Proactively manage cases through agreed process stages, with reference to clients’ policies and procedures, to drive effective and agreed early resolution. - Provide information, advice and guidance to employees (individuals, managers, client HR, client representatives) in the relevant HR areas taking account of the confidential nature of the work area on all the areas mentioned. - Interacting with Employees regarding any issues or concerns - To ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. - Manage workflow of cases effectively and ensure remedial action. - Update client applications (Peoplesoft) accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides. - Provide training to new joiners with respect to the relevant HR Administration

- Notifying the employees by honoring them with relevant communication who reaches Long years of service. - Placing orders with the suppliers to deliver gifts to employees on this occasion via appropriate communication in a timely manner. - Addressing concerns and issues of the employees if any during this process. - Updating Peoplesoft with the award details. - Requesting payroll to make necessary updations on the pay slips of every employee handled. - Make payments to employees where necessary as Long service award.
Absence Management
- Absence data updations on Peoplesoft. - Advising payroll to make necessary adjustments on the employee’s pay during their absence. - Assisting employees in documenting to claim statutory benefits if exceeded the entitlement on sick absence. - Assisting employees to claim insurance when under sick leave by accurate documentation. - Advising employees of the expiry of their sick leave entitlement through relevant communication. - Regularly communicate to the employees on the absence structure followed by the organization.
Employment reference
- Provide reference for the employees when requested by hiring companies referring to the employment database on Peoplesoft followed by the authorization from employees. - Providing information to the government bodies of employment and salary related details of the employees when requested. - Assisting employee to acquire mortgage loans by relevant documentation.
Health Benefits
- Provide information to employees on the health covers adopted by the organization via relevant communication to cover its employees and guiding them of the approach to obtain the health covers. - Accepting requests from the employees on joining, canceling and amending on their health covers on Peoplesoft and placing requests to the supplier.
Personal Loans
- Provide employee the information regarding the kinds of personal loan they could obtain through the organization and the method of repayment. - Accepting the requests from employees and update details of the loan on Peoplesoft. - Action payroll to include the loan amount to be paid in their salaries.

IBM Daksh – Banking Process (July 05 – September 06)
Initially, served the client’s account holders by setting, cancelling, amending of direct debits on their accounts through Personal Banking System for 2 months and was also a part of quality team to QC the above.
Achievements
Implemented an Initiative in automating the “Issues log” for the entire team regarding the whole process. Trained the new joiners on the back-end banking process as an additional responsibility.
