• In a Honda Siel Car India Ltd. , a multinational company in Automobile sector, it is assembling plant of four wheeler (car –Honda city, Honda accord, Honda civic), In India, it is through HSCI that customers can enjoy the benefits of Honda's expertise. Incorporated in December 1995, HSCI is a joint venture of Honda Motor Co. Ltd-Japan and Siel Ltd.-India. The automobile production facility of HSCI has been set up on a 150 acre site in Greater Noida, in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The initial installed capacity of this facility is 30,000 cars per annum (on a two-shift basis). Commercial production of Honda automobiles from this facility commenced in December 1997.then increased the capacity from 30,000 to 50,000 in 2005.
• Now again expanding from 50,000 to 100,000 capacity as per the demand in the market
• Working as a Sr. Executive (Mechanical Expansion Project) in Utility –Project department from 15/12/04 to till date.
Responsibilities:-
Project coordination, Project Scheduling, Preparation of detailed Project report.
Major Dealing with Contractor – M/s L & T, M/s Blue Star & other contractor Etc…
Coordination for Supply, Inspection, designing, delivery at Supplier end.
Quality Check of Mechanical equipment like Piping, Pumps, AHU, AC, STP, Incinerator, Other Mechanical Items like valve, fitting, NRV, Strainer & Spec. Verification.
Coordination in installation & commissioning of HVAC system in New Office Building Project. Also have coordination in canteen & kitchen ventilation system.
Project Owner of Fire fighting system, Utility Piping (Water, Air, Steam, and Propane), HVAC Piping, Ducting work.
Installation & commissioning of Primary Equipments.
Knowledge of Designing of Pump House equipment.
Knowledge of System Automation of equipments like pumps.
Knowledge of installation of Fire fighting system & TAC norms.
Coordination with shop for dismantling.
Measurement & Bill Verifications.
Compliances of Legal & Safety Norms.
Maintaining Product Quality & delivery schedules.
Knowledge of Quality Standards & norms of ISO 14000
Good practice in AutoCAD designing.
