PRESENT WORK EXPERIENCE
Presently working with Reliance Communication Limited as “Senior Manager-Transmission [Network Planning and Projects]” for entire Rajasthan state [India] network operation since 16th of June 2007.

My job responsibility mainly involves following under mentioned areas:
Transmission [Planning]
1. Transmission Network Planning and executions of formations of Nortel manufactured optical MUX’s, their deployment in ring topology for Backbone, subtended collector ring and Last mile connections.
2. Transmission Network planning [NLD and city wireline]. Planning of formations of OFC city rings, transmission plan for Backbone, subtended collector ring and Last mile connections.
3. Transport layout planning at MCN/ IS including resolution of constraints related to space & power
4. Engineering of Optical/ Electrical interconnection between Transport and Switches/ Adjuncts at MCNs : Finalization of the interconnection plan based on inputs from other P&E teams on interface types/ layout plans.
5. Engineering and implementation of passive interconnectivity of colo for other operators/ carriers at Reliance MCNs.
6. Transport electronics Planning & Engineering for MCN/ IS/ BTS/ POI

My Job Responsibilities Mainly Involves following under mentioned activities mentioned under.
A. Transmission (Transport)
1. O & M of SDH equipments (STM-16, STM-4 & STM-1 , DWDM & LH-1600G) for access / backbone network Route / Path surveys.
2. O & M of NEC Pasoplus [STM-1] for access / backbone network Route / Path surveys.
3. Planning of Transmission links - fiber optics ,Planning of formations of optical fiber city rings, transmission plan for NLD, MA, CA and Last mile connections.
4. Installation, Commissioning, Integration & Testing Work of Nortel's transports Equipment i.e Optera Metro 4100/4200 or TN-16 XE, Long haul 1600 [STM-64] in NLD [National long distance],TN-4X [STM-4] for POI ,TN-1C for city BTS operations in city transport rings .
5. Trouble shooting of fault & complete operation & maintenance of various Sites.
B. Wire less (BTS's)
1. Accompany the Site Acquisition team on site visits to analyze various candidates and determine the best. Analyze parameters used to achieve optimal coverage results. Provide testimonies and explain the need for cell towers.
2. Zero points identification for B.T.S. (Base trans/receiver site)/ COW (CellOn Wheels), site identification & selection and acquisition work, planning of connectivity's of BTS i.e. either through Fiber / LMDS, Site readiness in every aspect.
3. Supervision of Installation & commissioning of lucent technologies make B.T.S. equipments (Base transmitter/receiver).
4. Verification of Inventory; Verify BTS Configuration; Radios; Power; Cable types; Antenna zimuth, type and tilts.
5. Operation & maintenance of BTS Cluster (CDMA +OFC +STM -1[Mux/ADM]+Rectifier & battery back up+ Antenna System) round the clock .
6. Change the azimuth as per the site requirement so as to avoid maximum obstruction • regular drive test to check the level and quality and interference of the signal.
7. Identification of potential candidate sites and finalization of the sites Marketing input to find the potential areas and hence No. Of cell sites to cover the whole area of concern
C. PoI's
1. Close liasioning with BSNL officials for various work required for establishing and smooth running of point of interconnect.
2. Acceptance Testing LDCAs & SDCAs of entire south Rajas than region for Switching of different PoIs with BSNL i.e. Local, TAX, NLD & UASL services and with other operators within given time frame. Commissioning of PoIs,
3. Readjustment of junctions in various trunk groups as per traffic requirement, PoI expansion Demand note and expansion of site.
4. Exploration of New PoI in jurisdictional area. Augmentation of Local, TAX, NLD & UASL services E-1s for Mobile & Basic services.
D. ISO 9001:2000
Implementation of ISO 9001:2000 standard in the working area auditing of different sites /station as lead auditor.
E. SAP
1. Being MSL (Major Spare Location) In charge, watch every movement of Material in entire region through SAP i.e. Material Issue notes [MIN],Security exit, Out gate pass creation and closing , goods receive notes,
