OBJECTIVE
Looking forward a position where I can explore my talents and experience for the growth of a highly motivated & strong willed team.
EXPERIENCE 1.From August 2007, working as a Trainee for my final year M.Tech dissertation in the MEMS design group in CEERI, Pilani under the guidance of Mr. N. B. Singh in the field MEMS and VLSI circuit designing.
2.From September,2004 to June,2006 working as a project fellow in Department of Physics, IIT Guwahati, Guwahati, India.
EDUCATION M.Tech In Electronics Design and Technology from Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam, completing in May, 2008 with CGPA 8.13 out of 10 till 2nd semester(Rank 2).
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Language: Proficiency in C, C++, FORTRAN-77 OS: Windows 98/2000/XP, Linux CAD Tools: VHDL, Intellisuite, ANSYS Simulation softwares: Simulink, Matlab, P-Spice, T-Spice, L-Edit, S-Edit
PROJECTS: 1) Topic: Micro/Nanoelectronics components design Program: M.Tech (Electronics Design and Technology) Duration: August 2007 to June 2008 Supervisor: Mr. N. B. Singh Scientist F MEMS Design Group Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute Pilani -333031, Rajasthan, India Works done so far: A mathematical model for voltage amplification using capacitive network has been studied using Simulink Matlab. Studies of a comb drive were done in Intellisite. Theoretical studies on carbon nanotube FET is going on. Problems such as electromagnetic studies of RF switch, electromechanical studies of piezoelectric materials for voltage generation, microfluid etc. has been studied using Intellisuite 7.2 and Ansys 8.0. Voltage gain calculation using operational amplifier has been implemented using T-Spice.
2-Designing od CMOS op-amp.
