Having over 20 years experience in Senior Management Positions, handling critical Management Portfolios. Details are as under:-
1. Presently working for past 5 years from 2003 till date as General Manager -Marketing and Administration in ELKE ENTERPRISES, CHENNAI, a Company engaged in Distribution of Pharmaceutical Products.
Besides achieving significant growth in terms of both volumes and market share in the Domestic Market, was instrumental in entering Export Market and initiating exports to Far East countries and have been largely successful in achieving significant increase in Exports year after year.
Represented the Company in International Pharmaceutical Expo-CPHI at Brussels, Belgium in 2004 and at Madrid, Spain in 2005.
2. Prior to above, worked for 15 years in Executive Capacity from 1988 to 2003 in Meena & Co, Chennai, a Company engaged in Trading and Distribution of Petrochemical Products catering to wide spectrum of User Industries in Paints, Pharmaceuticals, PVC, Rubber, Printing Inks and Resins. The Company represented Multinational Companies such as LG, BASF, ICI. After joining as Marketing Executive in 1988, gradually rose to position of Chief Manager – Marketing and Administration in 1999..
Spearheaded the Company’s Growth in achieving Sales Targets and earning BEST PERFORMANCE AWARDS from Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, a Government of India Enterprise.
Was responsible for the entire Marketing, Commercial and Administration Affairs of the Company. Functioned as the Fulcrum for Development of Marketing Strategies, Customer Relations, Sales Administration, and Unit Accounting.
3. Earlier worked as Management Trainee from 1986 to 1988 in Taj Group of Hotels, Chennai.
