MAJOR PROJECTS HANDLED
Title : Firewater up gradation project for Mobil Producing Nigeria ltd at Qua Iboe Terminal.
Scope : The project is aimed at preparation of deliverables list and schedule,
preparation of P&ID’s conducting site survey for cable routing and existing instruments study. Also handled design review /verification and preparing instrument index, data sheets for field instruments Pressure gauges, D.p Gauges, Self actuating valves, Air release valves, Pressure safety valves, Restriction orifice plates, Level switches, Level transmitter, Magnetic level gauge, Sight flow indicator and Positive displacement meter etc. Preparation of specifications for Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and remote I/O panels. Preparing sizing calculations for Pressure Safety Valves & Restriction orifice plates and self actuating valves using Instrucalc software and manual verification based on API-520, Air release valves based on CLA-VAL catalogue, self-actuating valves using Instrucalc software. Prepared interlock diagrams, Loop diagrams, Hook-up diagrams, Instrument and cable tray layouts, PLC I/O list, Control system layout and Bulk MTO etc.

Scope : The project involved erection and commissioning of turbo compressors power plant
Project III : EXXON MOBIL EPC4B (Pre Bid Engineering)
Scope : The project involved Preparation of BOQ for all field instruments, bulk MTO
consisting of pneumatic fittings, cable trays, cables, cable glands. Also involved in preparation of preliminary RFQ’s for all field instruments including shut down valves, Sub surface safety valves, Pressure transmitters, flow computers, pneumatic level transmitters, interface level transmitters, pressure switches, pneumatic panels, etc.
Project IV : Ebocha oil revamping project for National Agip Oil Corporation limited
Scope : The project involved preparation of data sheets for the following instruments
ð Thermo element assembly and temperature transmitters
ð Safety valves (271 no.)Including balanced bellows, Pilot operated relief valves, thermal relief valves and conventional valves covering different sizing basis including blocked flow, Liquid filled vessel under fire and Gas filled vessel under fire as per API-52,.API-521 and API-526.
ð Self actuated valves for blanketing and fuel gas applications.
ð Data sheets for Pressure & Vacuum relief valves for storage tanks as per API-2000
