Description:
OTCS is an online education system, which offers various programs in Graduate and undergraduate levels. Students can apply to OTCS by filling an online application for required program. Management will inform the applicants about their admission through e-mail. Once student get the admission, can login to OTCS and listen to the online lecturers, attend online exams and quizzes, participate in various bulletin boards. Students will be awarded with the Degree.
OTCS system contains three major modules namely Student, Admin, Faculty. Student module allows student to login OTCS system and can access their class-material. This module provides a secure way to conduct online exams, quizzes. Students can utilize online diary, address book, calendar. Faculty module allows the faculty to upload class material, conduct online exams, quizzes. Faculty can evaluate the answer papers, quizzes and assigns Grade through Grade Book. Admin module is the base for OTCS system. Through this module they can give admissions to qualified students. This module will take care of courses, faculty and financial management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Developed TextToImage conversion module, to prepare students Transcript record.
· Developed Login Servlet for Faculty, staff and students.

Description:
Service Desk is an in-house project which improves the performance of in-house activities of Verecom Software Pvt. Ltd. Verecom has both software development centers and hardware selling outlets. If the customer has any problem with the hardware component then the customer sends a mail or calls the customer care. Then the user records the problem. Then the Administrator allocates the problem to the corresponding Engineer. If the Engineer can alone solve the problem then the Administrator clears the problem. If the Engineer alone cannot solve the problem then he contacts the original vender of the product.

· Developed an embedded servlet which provides login & logout services to all types of users.
· Developed few classes to handle various errors that occur in user sessions.
