This is the only thing that drives me to challenge myself that can help me to deliver the best, fastest the most convenient communication in software and hardware products for development of self and organization served.
EXPERIENCE From July 2005, working as a Project Assistant in VLSI device lab in Electrical and communication department of Indian Institute of Science(IISC) Bangalore under the guidance of Professor Navakanta Bhat,In the field of VLSI circuit designing.
EDUCATION B.Tech In Electronics Communication fromU.P.Technical University, Lucknow in 2005 with 70.4%
TECHNICAL SKILLS Languages: C,Assembly Language 8085,8086, Verilog HDL,VHDL,Micro controller(8051),Data Structure OS:MS-DOS, Windows 98/NT/XP, UNIX, Linux 9 Packages: Matlab , Circuit Maker ELECTRONICS SKILLS MENTOR GRAPHICS:Design Architecture(Scamatics and logic design), IC graph(layout) ,ELDO(Netlist Simulation),Modelsim(simulation for Verilog HDL,VHDL ) TANNER TOOLS: L-Edit, L-Edit/SPR, L-Edit/DRC, L-Edit/Extract, S-Edit, T-Spice, LVS OTHER CAD TOOLS: ORCAD, Modelsim (VHDL), Matlab, PSPICE,WINSPICE TRAINNING PROJECT
Organization : Indian institute of science (IISC), Bangalore. Duration : 65 Days Project : PC based LED matrix display& Circuit simulation by Pspice Summary : In this project we can display any message or information on LED matrix display as send by PC .To accomplish this C and microcontroller(8051) programming is used. In IISC (Cranessci MEMS Lab) also work on analog circuit simulation by Pspice and Win spice.
Final Year Projects 1-Title: To design and construct a counter for VLF measurement in seismo-electromagnetic applications Summary: This project is a part of seismo-electromagnetic research being carried out in engineering faculty (R.B.S.College) by renowned scientist Dr. Birbal Singh in which our group has designed a counter to detect the abnormality of the VLF signals. This is used to count the VLF pulses above some fixed threshold voltage, if these pulses are coming for a long duration of time then there is a chance of some seismic activity in that area from where these pulses are coming.
2-Title-Mobile Snifter Summary: In this project we can detect position of any mobile when it rings within a certain range (Depend upon the transmitter and receiver antennas), To accomplish this project C programming for GUI(Graphical user interface),And a transmitter and receiver circuit is used. Projects In IISC- 1-Title-Simulation of Amplitude modulation circuit for capacitive sensing and testing of chip. Summary: I did simulation of this project on Mentor graphics and Tanner. For simulation I used both scamatic tool(S-Edit in Tanner and DA_IC in Mentor graphics) and to write Netlist I used T spice (Tanner) and Eldo(Mentor graphics). For testing of above chip I made test plan on Orcad( scamatics and layout for PCB) and draw all the desire result for test pins. 2-Title- Opamp based PID controller Summary: I designed this PID mainly for the use in “Correlated Double Sampling ckt”and “Chopper stabilization ckt” use in accelerometer for capacitance sensing. 3- Title -Low Power Opamp design Summary: Presently designing a very low power opamp for this project I am using following IEEE Papers 1-A low power wide-bandwidth fully differential operational amplifier with current re-using feed forward frequency compensation. 2-Design of low voltage low power CMOS OP-AMPS with rail to tail input/output swing. 3-Low voltage CMOS op-amp with Rail-to –Rail input/output swing. 4-Design of a CMOS fully differential switched OPAMP for circuits at very low power supply voltages 5-A fast setting high DC gain low power OPAMP design for high resolution ,high speed A/D converters
