 Handles Media Relations, which includes writing of press releases, managing press conferences, one-on-one interviews with the top management, organization of media trips and managing the local media.
 Distinction of initiating a Doctor's Programme all across the country meant for enhancing the BSLI Brand image. The team received an award from the Asian Insurance Forum for being the second most effective marketing & communications campaign in 2004.
