Dear Sir,
This is reference in connection with providing consultancy services in respect of compliance of various legislations as applicable to your establishment from time to time. Scope of Work To ensure timely compliance of the provisions of various labour legislation and record keeping of the same, especially for the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 and the Employee’s provident Funds and Miscellaneous Act, 1952, Factories Act, 1948 & Inter State Migrant Workmen Act, & Employee’s State Insurance Act 48. Modes of Services 1. To ensure proper maintenance of various records viz.The Attendance Register, Salary Register, Leave Register, Register of Damages & Loss, Register of Fines, Wage Register etc. as enumerated the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 and the Inter State Migrant Workmen Act, 1979.
2. To follow up and witness the payment of all the Contractors.
The contracting party i.e. the contractor moved by the sentiments of justice and humanity as well as by desires to secure the permanent peace and tranquility in and amongst the community agrees and undertake to following:
1. I here by expressly undertake to bound by all the provision of the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 and the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Central Rules 1971. farmed there under, interstate Migrant Worker-man Act, Minimum Wages Act-Payment of wages to workmen Compensation Act, Employee’s Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Act and Scheme/Rules framed there under and all other Labour Laws applicable from time to time and/or all the sub Contractor engaged by me and/or my sub Contractors shall submitted to the company on daily basis regularly in prescribe format (Annexure-1) during the maintains different register, forms and other necessary records require to be maintained under the provision of various labour Laws and its rules applicable from time to time.
2. I further undertake to comply with the stipulation relating to various labour laws as per the agreed condition of Work Order/ Letter of Intent under the heading Labour Laws as applicable currently or amended from time to time the mandatory requirements imposed by the statutory bodies functioning as under the relevant labour legislation.
3. To ensure that statutory notices regarding Wage Rate, Working Hours, time and place of Distribution of wages, etc. are duly displayed on the notice board at the Contractor’s office from time to time under the Contract Labour Act, & Inter State Migrant Workmen Act.
4. To follow up with Contractors for Submission of Statutory returns viz. half yearly returns to be submitted to the Labour Inspector under Contract Labour Act, & Inter State Migrant Workmen Act.
5. To collect the Relevant Information /Data from the Concerned Contractors and prepare annual returns to the Labour Inspector by the establishment under the Contract Labour Act, & Inter State Migrant Workmen Act.
6. To ensure that the Provisions of Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provision Act, 1952 and Employees State Insurance Act, 48, are complied with by all the contractors engaged at site.
7. To verify the Challans and Counter check the Deposition of Provident fund & ESI amount deducted in the previous month.
8. To verify the annual returns and monthly returns the Correctness of the Membership of Provident Fund Scheme.
9. To ensure Proper maintenance of various records viz. Displacement and outward journey allowance sheet, Returns journey allowance Register, under Inter State Migrant Workmen Act.
10. To ensure that facilities provided under the Inter State Migrant Workmen Act, have been provided by the Contractor to whom the Inter State Migrant Workmen Act applies.
11. To ensure proper maintenance of various records viz. Identity card Register, Leave Register under the Factories Act.
12. To ensure proper maintenance of records as per gratuity Act & Bonus Act.
To ensure that above mentioned Scope of Work is carried out with utmost efficiency. We also offer in our service deputation one full time officer having the required background and education to carry out and supervise afore said duties.
Our Consultation fees per worker will be based on Requirement of manpower and period of contract.
