•Contract negotiations with various vendors / sub-vendors.
•Draft notices for the dishonor of checks U/S 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and liaison with the advocates for the same.

•Designed the process for filing of the Green Card Petitions for the company.
•Review and approval of H-1B petitions and drafting of letters of support to be filed along with H-1B, H4, L-1B, I-140 and I-485 petitions before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and different American Consulates in Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkotta, Philippines, Toronto.
•Conduct mock interviews of prospective employees who are to appear before the various U.S. Consulates in India, Manila-Philippines, and Canada.
